Tilly began pole dancing in 2010 when she was drawn to try something different. Little did she know what a life-changing decision it would be! She has since trained, taught and performed in competitions and events around Sydney, and in 2016 is joining us here in Melbourne.
Tilly is a qualified Health Counsellor and is pursuing further studies in health promotion and nutrition. For her, pole dance is a great way for people to increase their physical and mental health through the strength, flexibility and stamina training, the huge sense of achievement when they nail that next trick, and of course the huge amount of fun they have along the way. Tilly is a firm believer in the transformative power of pole, and uses her classes to prove a safe place for students to explore and push their boundaries and build body confidence.
Tilly’s performances are known for her audience engagement and the strong characters she creates, from sexy spiders and jilted husbands to shushing librarians and rock chicks. She also loves nothing more than to freestyle to whichever song is inspiring her that day, and to share her love of free movement with others.
