A huge congratulations goes out to our Lisa D, for placing third in the Miss Pole Dance Victoria competition on Saturday 25th August! Lisa performed a beautifully unique happy dance with some amazing pole tricks, and some damm fine butt shaking!
Lisa once again had the most unique performance. We are so very proud of her for all her hard work, training and for moving out of her comfort zone to perform a happy flowing piece, which was amazing!
The competition was tight with 14 solo competitors from Victoria and Tasmania, and 2 doubles acts. This year a new Olympic style of judging was introduced with a representative from each school competing on the judging panel. The top and bottom scores were eliminated for fairer competition. For the first year much of the audience were in agreement with the judges! Big Congratulations also go out to this year’s winner Kristy Sellars and Fontaine who came second. Best of luck to all competing at the Miss Pole Dance Australia final in Sydney at The Enmore Theatre 10th November 2012.
Encore! will be held in Sydney on Sunday 5 August, 2012 at the Factory Theatre.
Lisa has also been selected to compete in Miss Pole Dance Victoria!
